Mr. Golden Mapulanga

Founder & CEO

International relations scholar and governance expert with over 20 years of experience in public service, higher education and political risk analysis. Holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Development and has served at presidential level as a Protocol Officer.

Mr. Chembe Kaluba

Co-Founder - Information Governance & Records Security Specialist

Senior information management expert with over 25 years of experience. Holds a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Zambia and serves as Principal Lecturer in Records and Archives Management at NIPA.

Mr. George Mtayachalo

Co-Founder & Lead Economic Governance Trainer

Accomplished economist and Head of Commercial Studies at NIPA. Commonwealth Scholar with an MSc in Economic Policy and International Trade (Distinction) from Coventry University (UK) and a BA in Economics (Distinction) from Mulungushi University.
